Like so many others of NVIDIA's product partners, Leadtek did not choose passivity now that the newest of the 500 series video cards has come forth, and it looks like it, too, has a complete pair of boards instead of just one.

Whenever NVIDIA or Advanced Micro Devices releases a new video card or another, it is a given that all their OEMs would do the same.

Of course, just taking the original and putting their sticker on it is not enough for real competitiveness, hence all the special coolers and clock settings.

The GeForce GTX 560, non-Ti model just launched, definitely sparked a string of product launches, with the likes of MSI and Club 3D, among others.

Now, Leadtek has joined in on the fun, with one stock-clocked board and one that has factory overclocking.

For those that want a reminder, the reference clock speeds of the GeForce GTX 560 are 810 MHz for the GPU (graphics processing unit), 1,620 MHz for the shaders (336 CUDA cores) and 4,008 MHz for the memory.

It is called the WinFast GTX 560 and features a single-fan, dual-slot cooling solution. The price should be of 165 Euro.

The real start of the announcement is, of course, the WinFast GeForce GTX 560 OC, the OC, naturally, denoting the stronger specs.

With a GPU working at 850 MHz, the shaders work at 1,700 MHz and the VRAM at the same 4,008 MHz as above.

The cooler, also, is different, with two fans instead of one. Either way, the memory is of 1 GB GDDR5 and the interface of 256 bits.

Needless to say, multi-GPU configurations are supported (2-way SLI), as is DirectX 11, the PhysX technology, CUDA, PureVideo HD and 3D Vision. Finally, dual-DVI and HDMI provide compatibility with various monitors and HDTVs.
