Since she first started promoting her upcoming album, “Louder,” Lea Michele has said that she included on it a song that was a tribute to her late boyfriend, “Glee” co-star Cory Monteith, who died of a drug overdose last year.

That song is called “You’re Mine” and it’s available in full for your listening pleasure above. It’s also gorgeous and heartbreaking.

“My next... track #YOUREMINE (available tomorrow) is my favorite song on #LOUDER. It's so special to me & it's story is so close to my heart,” Lea announced on Twitter.

She had said before that she thought she would regret it if she didn’t include the song, which she’d written with Cory in mind, right after his sudden passing, on the album.

“It makes me so happy, this song. It makes me think so much of Cory. It was ours. When I think if him, I play this,” she said.

Now, both her and his fans will think of him every time they listen to “You’re Mine.” Enjoy!
