Just the other day, Eddie Cibrian’s ex-wife Brandi Glanville was telling the world his current wife LeAnn Rimes was a laxative-popping, dangerous and unstable person for her 2 kids to be around. In a new interview, LeAnn reveals she’s actually considering of becoming a mom as well.

The singer sat down recently for an interview with E!, excerpts of which have emerged online over at Us Weekly.

Even though she repeatedly said she was sick and tired of people guessing about when she’ll start a family with Eddie, LeAnn is now saying she’s had a change of heart.

Not only is she thinking about it, but she specifically went to rehab last August to get help in preparation for it.

“Eddie and I talk about having kids and I would love to be a mom. I didn't ever want to bring a child into the world without taking care of myself. And that was another reason I decided to go [into treatment],” she says in the interview.

Currently, LeAnn is stepmom to Eddie’s 2 boys with Brandi, which, if you ask Brandi, is not a good idea at all.

LeAnn’s story is different, of course: she says no one but herself can appreciate the kind of abuse she’s been taking ever since she and Eddie got together, when he was still married to Brandi.

This too was part of the reason she ended up in treatment.

“I was America's Sweetheart for so many years, but it was just like everyone turned. No one will ever understand how much thought and hurt were put into our decision,” she explains.

“I was incredibly depressed and not quite sure of who I was. People are so quick to judge and make decisions for themselves about situations they know absolutely nothing about,” Rimes continues.

The LeAnn Rimes special will air on E! this Sunday, December 9.
