LeAnn Rimes Has Been “Acting More and More Unstable,” Friends Worry

Friends are worried that LeAnn Rimes is having serious problems again: she completed rehab last year for emotional issues but her recent behavior seems to indicate that she’s lapsing back into the old destructive routine.

“During her 30-day treatment at an in-patient facility last September, LeAnn, 30, learned ways of coping with the rampant criticism of her and her relationship with Eddie Cibrian. But after showing some progress, the singer has slipped in her recovery and unleashed a series of increasingly bizarre tweets,” Star magazine writes in its latest print issue (story via CB).

LeAnn is back to engaging haters on social media, which was one of the first things she wasn’t supposed to do because she can’t control herself and doesn’t know when to stop.

She’s also feeling increasingly nervous because Brandi Glanville’s book is coming out and she knows for a fact that it will include details about how she and Eddie Cibrian (her husband and Brandi’s ex-husband) got together.

In other words, LeAnn is again living with the impression that the entire world is out to get her – and the last time this happened, she ended up in rehab because she doesn’t know how to cope with this.

Friends are worried for her, an insider says for the mag.

“She’s acting more and more unstable… her people are trying to rein her in again, but this is only going to get worse when people start reading the book. LeAnn might end up in rehab again!” the spy says.

“LeAnn was supposed to not tweet any negative stuff or engage with people who don’t like her,” a source explains. “But she’s not sticking to that anymore. She is tweeting at people who aren’t fans and saying a lot of angry stuff about Brandi again. She can’t help herself!” the source continues.
