Network has denied the video was ever released, after pulling it from the website

This summer, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian, aka one of the most mediated couples in showbiz right now because of their ongoing feud with Brandi Glanville, Eddie’s ex-wife on whom he cheated with LeAnn, will bring their own version of the truth into your home, thanks to a new reality show.

Though initially described as a “script-ality” by LeAnn herself, in that the show was neither scripted programming nor really a reality show but a blend of the two, footage we’ve seen so far seems to confirm that Eddie & LeAnn, which is the official name of the project, will indeed be a reality series.

The country singer first said of the project that it was like a comedy series inspired by events in their life. However, the first trailer, released last month, hinted that Eddie & LeAnn was nothing but a run-of-the-mill reality show that aimed to offer the public a favorable view of their life as a couple.

A couple of days ago, a new video leaked online, showing the two mocking Brandi and having some laughs about a new tabloid report claiming they were on the verge of divorce. The odd part is that, as E! News can confirm, the video first emerged – presumably by accident – on the VH1 site and was pulled immediately.

Even odder was that the network denied the video’s existence when contacted for comment. By the way, you can see it in full here.

Considering that LeAnn and Eddie always maintain that they’re not responsible for feeding the Brandi feud and that she’s always the one attacking them, it’s understandable why VH1 would not want to acknowledge the existence of the video, because it shows them doing just that.

The clip shows the two on their way to a movie premiere. At one point, Eddie is shown laughing about how “contrary to what some people might say, hint: my ex-wife,” he does work. Then, he and LeAnn discuss a new tabloid report claiming they’re getting a divorce and he tells her that it’s Brandi who’s leaking all these stories.

They argue over whether he should answer questions about the divorce rumor on the red carpet, which he doesn’t want to do because he believes it would steal the thunder from the actual movie, in which he too has a part. It’s clear that they both consider Brandi responsible for the story and that they resent her for basically ruining their life.

Eddie, LeAnn, and Brandi’s feud goes back a few years, having started after he was caught cheating on Brandi with LeAnn when he was still married to the former. LeAnn too was married at the time and, after photos of her kissing Eddie while on a movie set emerged online, both marriages imploded.

Eddie has two children with Brandi, whose custody they share. Whenever either has the chance, he or she trashes the other in the press, so Eddie’s claim that he’s innocent in this is unfounded. The same goes for LeAnn.

With this new video, it’s clear that they will be trying to use their reality show to trash Brandi even more. It airs this summer on VH1, but whether this leaked video will be included remains to be seen.
