Laurence Fishburne in "Mission: Impossible 3"

Laurence Fishburne, Morpheus from the Matrix series, signed up for Paramount Picture's "Mission: Impossible 3". He joins a cast that includes Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames, Keri Russell, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Michelle Monaghan and Philip Seymour Hoffman.

The movie will be helmed by J.J. Abrams (Alias) and produced by Cruise and Paula Wagner and Fishburne will play as Cruise's mentor.

M:I-3 is set to start shooting July 18th in Italy and will shoot on locations throughout the world.
