Latin Grammys 2010: Jennifer Lopez Steals the Show

She’s famous for her killer curves and her impeccable fashion taste: at last night’s Latin Grammy Awards 2010, Jennifer Lopez showcased both of these, working the red carpet in a stunning gold creation.

Accompanied by husband Marc Anthony on the red carpet, Jennifer was literally the belle of the ball – of course, the fact that the dress left so little to the imagination contributed to it, as Hello Magazine also points out.

“Jennifer Lopez looked every inch the Latina star as she graced the Latin Grammy Awards with husband Marc Antony,” Hello writes.

Indeed, the star was positively stunning in her Andrew Gun long-trail golden (or dusty rose) dress. The design perfectly embraced her curves, while also showing plenty of skin in the front, via a cutout décolletage.

Because she wanted the dress to be the main attraction, she kept the styling very simple, wearing her hair loose and straight, and minimal makeup.

Consequently, after posing for pictures with her husband – and father of their adorable twins – Jennifer also basked in the spotlight all by herself, as the photographers asked her to pose for pictures alone.

Of course, that’s not to say that the Latin Grammys were not a fancy event. Far from it – just that JLo was perhaps the most refreshing presence on the red carpet.

“Held in Las Vegas on Thursday, the ceremony celebrated cultural diversity, attracting top musicians from three continents,” Hello writes of the awards gala.

“Performing at the event were household names such as Hero singer Enrique Iglesias and Ricky Martin who left his twin boys at home for a night on the town,” the mag further says.

“Also having a good evening was Canadian songbird Nelly Furtado, who took home Best Female Pop Album,” the publication further notes.
