After putting herself through a healthy, balanced diet and a very rigorous workout routine, newly slimmed down Kim Kardashian was ready to lower the flag for the PepsiMax Bullrun charity rally and encourage all 100 participants, several reports in the media say. The star, dressed in a skin-tight black bodysuit, was the very image of a rally girl, on killer heels and leather gloves.

Participants in the rally must first pay a $20,000 fee to be allowed to race with the other cars across the US. The Bullrun rally lasts for an entire week, with its starting point in New York and concluding in a yet unnamed town in Texas. Celebrity and non-celebrity drivers have the “obligation” to stop each night in a different town to party, which they also did with Kim herself, the night before she flagged the start of the race.

Although reports have it that Kardashian was up almost all night partying with the drivers, she still managed to wake up at 4 in the morning to have her makeup and hair done for the grand opening, it is being said. Therefore, it’s no wonder that she looked so impeccable as she lowered the flag for the participants and posed for pictures for the media and the hundreds of fans gathered on Hudson Street in New York. The latex bodysuit, combined with fingerless leather gloves and killer Christian Laboutin shoes only came to complete the foxy image of the star, fashion insiders agree.

Kim Kardashian is, as fans must know, one of the so-called campaigners for the de-glorification of the celebrity culture, even if that was not her main aim from the start. It all began when Complex magazine accidentally ran an unretouched photo of Kim on its official website, in which her somewhat flabby tummy and cellulite could be seen. In just a matter of minutes, the photo was taken down and replaced with the retouched version, which inevitably drew heavy criticism on Kim herself.

The star, in her turn, defended herself by saying that audiences need to understand celebrities are people too, and professing her new-found dedication to working out and, ultimately, to losing some weight and getting into the best shape possible. By the looks of things, one might as well add, she managed to attain her goals just perfectly.
