The cooperative zombie survival first-person shooter Left 4 Dead 2 from Valve can still be purchased with a seizable 75% discount for just a few hours.

Valve has marked the launch of Left 4 Dead 2 on the Linux platform with a free-to-play weekend and a massive 75% discount for the game.

The promotion and the free-to-play weekend is set to end in a few hours, but you can still get the deal, if you move fast enough.

All the Left 4 Dead 2 items benefit from this discount, which means that the “Left 4 Dead 2 – Four Pack” has the same price reduction.

Users can also buy the Left 4 Dead Bundle, which included the first title in the series that hasn't made a Linux appearance just yet, and the Prima Official Strategy Guide for this game.

More details about the pricing and about the availability of the offer can be found on the Steam website.
