14 DAY TRIAL // Lana Del Rey, officially the hottest thing in music right now, is either dating Axl Rose of Guns 'N' Roses or she's working on a duet with him. Chances are it's the former, word in the blogosphere has it.
A few days ago, Lana was spotted at a Guns concert, just like many other celebrities who were in attendance. Unlike them, though, she also rocked a Guns tee, which was meant to say she was a real fan.
The other night, she was spotted leaving a Hollywood hotspot with none other than Axl, as TMZ can confirm.
“Lana Del Rey's obsession with Axl Rose went to a whole new level last night, when the 25-year-old songstress and the 50-year-old rocker left the Chateau Marmont together,” the celebrity e-zine reports.
Indeed, the two left the club together, got in the same car and drove away. While this alone would be enough to “confirm” reports of a new romance, we might as well note that they weren't alone.
“Lana was spotted at an Axl/GnR show in Hollywood last month – and back before she made it big, she recorded a song called 'Axl Rose Husband',” TMZ writes, trying to argue that Lana might have a bad case of Axl crush from back in the day when she wasn't yet the hottest thing on the music scene.
“The pair got into an SUV together, with Axl almost sitting in the back seat with her before hopping in the front. Sweet Child o' Mine, indeed,” the same publication jokes.
As it happens, it's not the only one to believe there might be something romantic going on between the two.
British tabloid the Daily Mail and countless US celebrity blogs join in the conversation, saying basically the same: they must be dating since they left the same club together, in the same car.
Of course, there's also the possibility they're working on a duet, which would be even better news for fans of both.
Lana might be occasionally criticized for her live performances, but there's no denying her voice would sound pretty wicked on a record with Axl.
