Quite a few PC products have, so far, borrowed names from race cars, understandable considering how certain people in the IT business are fans of such things, and it appears that ASUS recently finished building a peripheral dubbed Lamborghini.

Peripherals, one could say, are amongst the most varied of PC-related products as far as design and performance range goes.

This is because they come with or without cables, in various color options, design themes and, naturally, with differing degrees of responsiveness.

The fact that certain mice even boast keypads with or without programmability also helps determine the target consumer segment.

In the case of ASUS' newest mouse, gamers and enthusiasts are those that should be most prone towards acquiring it.

Dubbed WX-Lamborghini, it compresses the look and feel of the famous race car brand into a small package, so that fans can hold it close at hand as a consolation for not possessing the automobile itself.

That said, the mouse is of the wireless variety, due to the 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity (with a range of up to 10 meters).

Additionally, the laser sensor is of the 2,500 dpi type, while the scroll wheel and four buttons make up the whole of its input capabilities.

All the above, along with the obligatory battery, are packed inside a frame measuring 106.5 x 68 x 36 mm and sporting a black and white design.

A final asset comes in the form of leather-like side grips, to ensure that it does not slip out of one's grasp during tense gaming moments.

So far, online stores, like this one, have listed the product with a price of roughly 38 Euro. A limited edition yellow unit should also appear sooner or later.

Those that want to see more products bearing the Lamborghini moniker can check out the Asus VX6S 12-Inch Laptop, External HDD, a certain Team Group USB 3.0 Portable HDD etc.
