Much has been written and said about Lady Gaga, her apparent weight loss and the lengths she’d go to to stay in shape. It’s all bogus, her choreographer says for People magazine.

LaurieAnn Gibson has worked with the hitmaker on several of her videos and she knows her very well – well enough to know her diet, which consists mainly of tofu, turkey and hummus.

That is to say, Gaga doesn’t starve herself and doesn’t do the 5-factor diet, but just keeps a careful eye on what she eats and, of course, works out whenever she has the chance.

“It’s all about salsa with grain chips, tofu, turkey slices, hummus and coconut water,” Gibson says of the eating plan Gaga rarely strays from.

“But a girl can’t put on a show on hummus alone,” People says. “We’ll have a toast or two with a little white wine!” Gibson adds of Gaga’s little ritual before every show.

In the same interview, the choreographer also sheds some light on Gaga’s upcoming album, which should drop in stores early this year, saying it will really have a certain “bite” to it.

“She’s going to take a bigger bite out of things. You’re going to see more of who she really is,” Gibson says, adding Gaga is a “fearless” artist and more of that fearlessness will translate into music.

As we also noted on several past occasions, bad mouths have long said that Gaga was neglecting her diet (especially after she became slimmer and fitter), so the above should put all such rumors to rest.

One particular report that came out after the singer debuted her video for “Alejandro” said that she might even have stopped eating altogether, that much frailer she appeared in the vid.

“Maybe you were too distracted by the nearly nude, super buff soldiers strutting around in heels, but Lady Gaga is looking even thinner than last time we called the chick a stick. No wonder she’s collapsing at shows,” Ted Casablanca of E!’s The Awful Truth said at the time, as we also reported.

“The artist, as she so often protests, is practically emaciated. But don’t take our word for it – check out the video and let us know, does Gaga have a bigger problem than Ale-ale-andro calling her name?” Casablanca asked.

Readers agreed: Gaga did appear too thin to be healthy. However, subsequent appearances proved them wrong, showing them that she was only slimmer because she was working out more.
