There is no denying that Lady Gaga in one controversial singer, struggling to promote this outrageous stage persona in order to stand apart from the rest of the female pop singers of the day. However, a recent video she shot for the song “Do What U Want With My Body” was considered so controversial that it was never released.

Page Six reports that the video in question was directed by Terry Richardson and that it was simply too raunchy to be released, so it was just scrapped. The video is reported to have been shot in September of last year and was due to be released in December, roughly at the same time that the song came out in the charts.

When the video was scrapped, Lady Gaga blamed “those who have betrayed” her, as well as time constraints. She wrote at the time on her website that “It is late because, just like ‘Applause’ video unfortunately, I was given a week to plan and execute it.”

While that might have essentially been God's honest truth, there is now sufficient evidence to show that not releasing the video was actually a good idea since it allowed Gaga to avoid a media storm.

The reason for that is that the video was going to be released at a time both Kelly and Richardson were battling molestation scandals, and having a video depicting Gaga singing to Kelly “do what you want with my body” would have been at least very damaging to their image.

A source reveals that the video has Kelly play a doctor while Gaga is a patient. The scene plays on the singer's real-life hip injury she suffered last year. She innocently asks in the video, “Will I ever be able to walk again?” and Kelly replies, “Yes, if you let me do whatever I want with your body.”

And just to make clear the message, Kelly adds, “I'm going to put you under, and when you wake up, you're going to be pregnant.” You don't need to be a prude to understand that this is going to offend a large number of people, especially considering the scandals of the people involved.

The same source explains that having the video published would have been “literally an ad for rape.” Since December, Kelly has managed to sweep his troubles under the rug, while Richardson is still waging his war in the press, trying to prove that he did not molest any models in his role as a fashion photographer.
