Lady Gaga hasn't made a “traditional” video since ever. Now that it's clear she's a fan of long, cinematographic and highly controversial music videos, fans would better brace themselves for her longest to date.

Clocking at over 8 minutes, the video for “Marry the Night” doesn't have a release date yet, but it does have a prelude.

It's called The Prelude Pathétique, after Beethoven's Sonata Pathétique, and it shows Gaga being wheeled on a gurney through what looks to be a very fancy clinic / mental institution.

She appears to be half of it, but the voiceover proves she's very much alert or, at least alert enough to check out one of the nurses' curvy backside.

The intro ends with a cliffhanger: whatever could Gaga mean?

“And that girl on the left, she ordered gummy bears and a knife a couple hours ago. They only gave her the gummy bears, I wish they'd only given me the gummy bears.”
