The Noctua cooling technology will be featured by the recently introduced LaCie 4big Quadra and LaCie 5big Network designed by Neil Poulton. The first LaCie four and five-bay RAID external storage solutions will include Noctua's NF-P12 fan meant to reduce their noise output by 40 percent on average when compared to predecessors.

The psycho-acoustically optimized Noctua NF-P12 fan with Vortex-Control Notches allows LaCie 4big Quadra and LaCie 5big Network to feature an acoustic profile much more pleasant to the ear, turning them into ideal solutions for AV workstations and SMB offices that seek the comfort of quiet working environments.
