Galaxy Note II, the largest Android-based smartphone that South Korean handset vendor has made available for purchase around the world, is expected to bring its 4G LTE capabilities to the Australian market as soon as next month.

According to the latest rumors on the matter, the smartphone might arrive on shelves at Optus as soon as November 5th, while being set to hit Vodafone’s network on November 19th.

Telstra will also add the mobile phone to its offering, starting with November 26th.

No specific info on the handset’s pricing has been provided as of yet, but the phone is expected to arrive on shelves in both Grey and White and to be sold with contract agreements at all wireless carriers.

As Ausdroid notes, the smartphone will arrive at Vodafone Australia without 4G LTE connectivity, since the wireless carrier does not offer such services at the moment. However, it will still provide users with fast 3G capabilities.
