The LOST mobile game has proved to be a great success until now, which has encouraged Gameloft to bring it to iPods too. "Join your favourite castaways in their quest to seek the truth and survive", sounds the company's encouragement.

LOST is the 14th game from the ones available to be played on iPods. It can be bought at the iTunes Store and follows the path set by the mobile game and, of course, by the TV series with the same name.

The game is a great occasion for many mobile phones and iPod users to play the roles of the plane crash and of all the events that followed. Even more, it helps them virtually relive the experiences and problems that the planewreck's survivors had to deal with in the time spent on the island. The only difference now is that, even more, the mobile and iPod gamers have the opportunity of putting themselves in Jack's shoes and interact with the other main characters of the TV series. The game takes place in various locations, such as the beach, the jungle, inside the Hatch and Black Rock with high fidelity when it comes to details.

Of course, the audience for such a game is a limited one, as it aims only at the TV show's fans that are familiar with the story line. Obviously, it will bring considerably more satisfaction to those that know the entire story behind the history of "the Others" and of the remaining survivors on the island.

The game has a design with a quality above the average, with an extra interest on details. Even more, the storyline is created by the writers of the series' script. iPod's LOST game promises to be highly intuitive and to follow the line marked by the TV series, in order to bring even more satisfaction to the fans of this type of plot.
