LG to Launch Optimus L3 II, L5 II, L7 II at MWC 2013

All three might be launched on the market in March/April

LG teased its Android flagship smartphone a few weeks ago, as well as an entire series of handsets that will be announced later this month at Mobile World Congress 2013.

Although the South Korean company did not unveil any details on the upcoming F-series of smartphones, it looks like the folks over at GSMArena were able to learn more about the L-series.

The LG Optimus L3 II is one of the budget-friendly devices expected to be unveiled at MWC 2013, later this month.

The phone will ship with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box and will pack a 1GHz single-core processor.

The Optimus L3 II will also sport an IPS capacitive touchscreen display, along with a 5-megapixel rear photo snapper with autofocus and video recording.

Next in line is the LG Optimus L5 II. This one will be powered by Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system onboard.

The smartphone will be equipped with a 1GHz single-core processor, accompanied by a PowerVR SGX531 graphics processing unit. The Optimus L5 II will pack a 4-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display.

Last but not least, the most advanced of the three smartphones to be unveiled in just a few weeks is the LG Optimus L7 II. This one will be delivered with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean platform straight out of the box.

Furthermore, the smartphone will be powered by a 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8225 Snapdragon processor, which will be complemented by an Adreno 203 graphics processing unit and 768MB of RAM.

The Optimus L7 II will also boast an enhanced 8-megapixel rear camera, a 4.3-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display, as well as a 2,460 mAh Li-Ion battery.

Rumor has it dual-SIM versions of LG Optimus L5 II and Optimus L7 II will be launched on the market as well. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
