Today, South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics (LG) announced the launch of its new LG Application Store aimed at mobile devices around the world. According to the company, the new portal comes with two times more applications than before. These software solutions are aimed both at smartphones and feature phones, and are available for users in 33 countries.

The leading mobile phone maker notes that it has performed a comprehensive update of its Application Store, and that it can now offer users access to a wider range of fun and useful applications, including a series of games such as The SIMS 3 or Asphalt 4. or popular applications from SPB Series. These solutions are aimed at the company's mid- to high-end feature phones, as well as at its smartphones. Moreover, the company announced that it plans on adding Android applications to the store later during the ongoing year.

“Today, more and more people want mobile devices that make their lives easier and more exciting through the right combination of applications.
