They might arrive on shelves as new Optimus G flavors

New Android-based handsets from LG Electronics have emerged online, featuring model numbers LG-E976 and LG-E977.

Featuring support for LTE / W-CDMA / GSM connectivity, both devices have been spotted in User Agent Profiles, yet no specific info on what they have to offer to users has been provided as of now.

However, based on the model numbers, these devices are suggested to be new flavors of LG’s flagship Optimus G device, and might be formally announced in the near future.

Both handsets were spotted with Google’s Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean loaded on top, and with touchscreen displays capable of delivering WXGA (1280 x 768 pixels) resolutions.
