LG Electronics took detail to its limits by unveiling the KE820 mobile phone. This new technical jewel has the actual size of a credit card and measures 95 x 52 x 9.9 mm.

Because its defining word is elegance, LG KE820 includes a leather carry pouch to efficiently protect it from scratches and from any type of abuses. Such small dimensions and the 73g weight make it look and feel fragile, though this it's not always the case.

It may be slim, but it is also smart, because in the flat case it holds a 2.0 megapixel auto focus camera, that allows continuous video recording. It is also equipped with FM radio with 12 station memory and a 256MB memory card. LG KE820 can support up to 64 polyphonic and use mp3 as ringtones. The A2DP via bluetooth makes it easy to use the music player with the stereo bluetooth handset. Moreover, it has USB compatibility and can also take the place of a USB pen drive. For Internet using, the built-in modem allows HTML browser navigation,

H. S. Bhatia, business group head, GSM mobile, LGEIL, declared that "The Chocolate Card phone has a very high standard of technical specification but its primary appeal is its design, sleekness and elegance. The market is constantly moving towards new formats and technologies and LG has ensured that the phone is in synergy with these market needs. We have great expectations from the phone."

But how much do style and performance combined cost? The price range of this mobile phone is somewhere around USD450-USD560, depending on the mobile phone stores where it can be purchased.
