Apple's phone too similar to the Prada phone

After many months of rumors, Apple finally revealed the iPhone and, although making many customers happy, the phone's announcement also made quite a few companies sue them.

There's no doubt about the fact that Cisco, the one that holds the trademark for the iPhone name, has a pretty good reason to sue Apple, but what's interesting, to say the least, is the fact that LG seems to be preparing to sue Apple as well.

The Korean manufacturer claims that it submitted patents for a keyless mobile device that relied on a touchscreen interface to control the phone and, to simplify things, it looks like LG is not exactly thrilled with the similarity between its Prada phone and the iPhone.

If Apple's phone demonstrates a too close functionality to the LG's soon to be released Prada phone, it looks like Apple's going to get sued again. And looking back, there were few different phone manufacturers that came out with similar looking phones, so is the similarity between these two really a coincidence?

When looking at the iPhone and the Prada phone, one can't fail to see the many similarities. It's true that a lot of devices have started to include a touchscreen and lose the keypad, but other manufacturers have also presented such phones, which look nothing like LG and Apple's handsets.

We've yet to see if this lawsuit is really going to happen just as we have yet to see what's going to happen in the Apple-Cisco lawsuit.

With all the suing and all of the iPhone's recently discovered flaws it will take a lot of time and effort from Apple to keep customers interested in buying this phone.
