LG Shine will be available from now on at TELUS, Canada. This makes a rather late release, as the handset has already reached the market of many other countries around the world.

It was just about time for Canada to receive as well the mobile phone that stands as LG's replacer for the Chocolate success. LG Shine is, first of all, a fashion device that should come as a statement of elegance and style of its user. The phone has impressed a large number of people until now, mainly due to its appealing design, although it packs some evolved performances as well. LG Shine comes equipped with a 2 megapixel camera that struggles to improve its capture quality by including zoom, day and night lighting modes and video capabilities. Its quality is still an average one, nothing impressive. There is also Bluetooth connectivity and an optional memory card of up to 4 GB for storing a large amount of personal data.

"Fashion-lovers as well as tech-savvy users who want to be entertained whenever and wherever they are, are sure to love the beautiful styling and entertainment features delivered by the LG Shine", said David Neale, TELUS' senior vice-president of Products and Services. Because of this, "TELUS is excited to bring Canadians the LG Shine, a highly anticipated mobile phone that is a superb meld of sophistication and functionality", he further added.

LG Shine will also pack some of the most popular services that this operator has to provide. This includes a wide variety of SPARK entertainment and messaging solutions including TELUS Mobile Music, TELUS Mobile TV, TELUS Mobile Radio and Instant Messaging.

LG Shine will be available from now on in TELUS stores across Canada. Users will be able to choose to buy it for a price ranged between a USD 130 with a three-year contract and USD 400 without a contract.
