LG Presents LC-3200 Global Roaming Phone

LG is well known for its very nice design and with phones such as the LG Chocolate they have attracted a pretty large number of customers.

Recently, the mobile phone manufacturer has announced a new handset in Korea, the LC-3200. Although not at all bad as design, the mobile phone is mainly appreciated for its support of different CDMA frequencies.

The global roaming LC-3200 can be used in 6 countries through LG Telecom. The LC-3200 comes with support for both the 1800 MHz band that LG Electronics uses and the 800 MHz band used in the Asia-Pacific area. Apparently, it will work in 6 regions including China, Taiwan, Guam and Saipan.

Aside from that, the mobile phone comes in a slider form factor and a metal case. It has a pretty nice and sleek design. The LCD of the mobile phone will slide up, revealing the numeric keypad underneath. Reportedly, users will be able to read messages or search the phone book even when the LCD slide is shut down.

The LG LC-3200 comes with a 262k color screen, 1.3 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, Mp3player, an electronic dictionary and support for mobile banking.

Other more basic features are included, but the phone has pretty much everything one would need, allowing you to take snapshots, listen to music or check your bank account.

It's not particularly bulky, measuring 99 x 48.5 x 17 mm and weighing 90 grams. As mentioned before, this is an Asian-only mobile phone and GSM users will definitely not be interested in the phone. There is no information regarding the mobile phone's price tag or availability at this moment.
