The unannounced LG Prada K2 has been spotted several weeks ago, but no details about the phone's release data or price options emerged yet.

However, the Prada K2 has just been spotted at FCC (Federal Communication Commission) by the folks over at WirelessGoodness.

It looks like the smartphone received several FCC approvals, including Bluetooth, dual-band Wireless-N Wi-Fi connectivity, GSM/EDGE bands 850 and 1900, and WCDMA 1900 band.

According to the FCC filings, the LG Prada K2, also known as LG P940, will be delivered with a special Prada headset/mic.

The LG Prada K2 is expected to arrive in stores in Q4 2011 with Android 2.3 Gingerbread on board, a 4.3-inch NOVA display, an 8-megapixel camera, a dual-core processor and a secondary front-facing camera.

No official info on the phone's launch date or pricing yet.
