Since LG's roadmap leaked last month, everyone was excited about the company's upcoming smarphones.

Devices such as the LG Prada K2, LG Univa, LG Victor or LG Fantasy are presumably among the high-end LG smartphones that will be launched by the end of the year.

Following the recent leaked video showing a very blurry LG Prada K2, another of LG's Android smartphones has been spotted, the LG Victor.

However, it appears that the LG Victor will be launched on the market as LG E730 Optimus Sol, which means “sun” in Spanish.

LG Optimus Sol was caught on video by the guys over at BestBoyz, who also had a 'hands-on' session with the device.

It looks like the information in the LG leaked roadmap was partially correct, as the Optimus Sol is equipped with a single core 1GHz and will be delivered with a large 3.8-inch WVGA AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display.

Furthermore, the device is powered by Google's Android 2.3.3 (Gingerbread) operating system and packs a 5-megapixel photo snapper, along with a secondary VGA front facing camera for video calls.

Wireless N connectivity with DLNA function and Wi-Fi Direct support are also among the highlighted features of the LG Optimus Sol.

According to the latest rumors, the Optimus Sol will be launched very soon and should be available on the market for about €300 outright, but it may be cheaper if subsidized.

On related news, LG will probably launch the Prada K2 and the Optimus Sol next month and will keep the rest of the smartphones for the end of the year.

We assume that at least one of these upcoming devices will be showcased at this year's IFA event, in Berlin, which is scheduled between 2-7 September.
