The previously rumored LG Optimus F3Q has just hit shelves at T-Mobile. Aimed at heavy texters wishing for an affordable Android handset, the Optimus F3Q can be purchased for $312 (€230) off contract. Additionally, the slider can be had for $0 down and $13 monthly payments for 24 months.

The smartphone's main selling point is the full slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The phone measures 121.9 x 64.8 x 14 mm and weighs around 160g (battery included), which makes it a medium sized handset.

LG Optimus F3Q ships with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and will probably remain on this version until it gets discontinued.

Hardware-wise, the slider is equipped with a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, an Adreno 305 graphics processing unit and 1GB of RAM. It also packs 4GB of internal memory and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
