South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics is expected to bring to the floor that the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this week its latest smartphone powered by Google's Android operating system, the LG Optimus 2X, the first handset to include a Tegra 2 chip inside.

Launched last month in South Korea, the mobile phone should become available for purchase in other markets around the world as well in the near future, delivering increased performance levels to all users who would chose it instead of any other device.

And if you were wondering just how well would this phone perform when compared to other high-end devices out there, you can have a look at a video comparison between this device's browser and iPhone 4's in the video embedded below.

The handset was already touted as being capable to offer one of the fastest Internet browsing experiences out there, and the video below seems set to prove exactly that.

According to a recent article on Android Arena, which spotted the said video on YouTube, the LG Optimus 2X can easily out perform handsets like the Samsung Galaxy S or the Apple iPhone 4, at least in terms of web Browsing performance.

As the video shows, LG's Android 2.2-based smartphone indeed performs much faster than Apple's latest flavor of the popular iconic device.

However, it should be noted that there are no exact details available on the conditions of this test. No info on the type of connection used is available, nor on what cached files were available, and the like, emerged, SlashGear notes.

Even so, enthusiasts would certainly love to see the LG Optimus 2X loading a webpage much faster than iPhone 4, that's for sure.

Undoubtedly, more info on the capabilities of this device would emerge later during this week, as LG might bring the phone to CES 2011 in Las Vegas, so stay tuned to learn more on the matter.
