After the “oops” moment earlier this week when Google inadvertently leaked the next Nexus device, new details on the unannounced handset have just emerged online.

The folks over at Engadget have just spotted an unknown smartphone that goes by the codename LG D820 at FCC (Federal Communication Commission).

The documents filed at FCC include some of the handset’s specs and several photos that show a device that strongly resembles the Nexus 5 leaked in the Android 4.4 KitKat unveiling video earlier this week.

The said Nexus 5 has been confirmed at FCC to feature LTE support for 7 bands, which makes it compatible with most major carriers in the United States.

Other findings in the FCC documents have revealed that the smartphone will be powered by Android 4.4 KitKat and will pack Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, along with a 4.96-inch display. LG D820 aka Nexus 5 measures 131 x 68.2mm and is likely to go official next month.
