LG Electronics has launched a new Pocket TV DMB card type mobile phone, the LG-SB610 aka LG-KB6100 aka LG- LB6100, an eye-candy luxury handset that comes in a black leather case to protect it from accidental scratches, crashes or other environmental dangers.

In a package of 10.96 mm and 74 grams weight, the South Korean LG Group affiliate has managed to give their customers a great design and a very nice collection of features: a 2 inch display with an extreme 170 degrees viewing angle, allowing the users to take the most of the LG proprietary mobile XD (eXellent Digital) Engine, which is designed to take low definition video clips and enhance them nearly to perfection.

It also features a multimedia player, which offers support for almost any kind of video or audio file type, mobile banking support, Outlook, transportation card support, thus proving to be a serious competitor for the Samsung SGH-P310, its direct rival.

Even tough this DMB card cell phone is only available in Korea for the moment, rumors say that LG is working on a GSM version too, so we can relax and wait for its release.
