No word on price tag, but it shouldn’t cost more than $350 (€255) outright

US-based carrier T-Mobile has a strong roadmap of Android devices that are set to arrive during April. HTC One M8 and Samsung Galaxy S5 are just two of the most popular high-tier smartphones soon to be available at T-Mobile.

However, the carrier will also bring Android fans and enthusiasts mid-range tier handsets, so those who can’t afford to grab the new flagship smartphones launched by Samsung and HTC can give these cheaper devices a try.

One of the mid-range Android smartphones that may arrive at T-Mobile USA is the LG L90. The smartphone was officially introduced in late February at Mobile World Congress 2014, but a release date hasn’t been confirmed.

According to TmoNews, LG L90 will be available for purchase beginning April 23 via T-Mobile USA. At least that’s what an internal T-Mobile document claims, though it’s unclear whether the smartphone will be announced on April 23 and will go on sale at a later date.

Unfortunately, the cited document does not mention any details on the LG L90’s price tag, though we expect it to be available for around $350 (€255) outright.

Apart from the affordable price, the LG L90 should be more than appealing to those who prefer Android over other operating systems due to the fact that it comes with Android 4.4.2 KitKat platform out of the box.

When it comes to hardware, the L90 shows promise, as the phone is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, which is better than MediaTek’s chipset of similar clock value.

The phone also packs an Adreno 305 graphics processing unit and 1GB of RAM. LG L90 comes with only 8GB of storage inside, but users can further expand storage up to 32GB via microSD memory card.

For the time being, it’s unclear whether or not the LG L90 will come with an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera. The South Korean company has announced that there will be two variants of the L90 available on the market, one that will feature an 8-megapixel camera and another one with 5-megapixel photo snapper.

The smartphone’s 4.7-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display supports 540 x 960 pixels resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 2 coating for extra protection.

Last but not least, LG L90 is powered by a 2540 mAh battery that has yet to be rated by the manufacturer, and offers both HSDPA (21Mbps) and HSUPA (5.76Mbps), along with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS with A-GPS support.
