LG has been struggling to bring forth its Prada development and, as about a week ago we were saying it was to appear shortly, we now see this did not fail to happen. Known as the Prada II, this mobile will most likely become a controversial one because of its features.

To further elaborate on that last part, the Prada II could turn out to be a “love it or hate it” type of device because it kind of treads in the iPhone's footsteps, being the appearance most promising to offer multi-touch functionality. This could translate into good news for those who love this kind of features as, until now, they have been forced to use the iPhone only, but, now, new hopes arise for them. However, for those that are sick of, or have never really liked Apple's device all that much, the only thing the Prada II can do is to annoy them even more.

With all that, besides having the multi-touch functionality, available in image viewer, web browser, document viewer, this device doesn't really have that much to pride itself on. Its features are somewhat mediocre at best, which makes it so that, in fact, it's actually a must-have phone only if you want to be cool or make your friends envy you.

To brighten up a bit the perspective on this phone, let’s move on to the matching wrist watch, which must be applauded as a pretty innovative idea that definitely comes to enrich the fun factor regarding this mobile. Called Prada Link, it is a digital watch that uses Bluetooth connectivity to allow you to read text messages or to see the call history. The other useful feature of this watch is that it's usable under water, so there will be no such thing as a missed call, should you choose to purchase the KF900.

The Prada will hit stores all over Europe by the end of this month, with a price tag of about 600 Euros, while the Link watch will go for 299 Euros. Considering that buying this phone without the matching wrist match is probably pointless, it might just become one of the most exclusive and hottest appearances on the scene.
