LG KF600 (or LG KF-600) is the next LG phone to come and wow mobile users, as the South Korean manufacturer officially presented the handset and is ready to make it commercially available in the near future. The KF600 follows the line of LG Chocolate and LG Venus, which brought a touch-sensitive navigation pad that attracted a wide range of consumers.

The pad is called "InteractPad" and allows users to customize it for any navigation need: for example it can be turned into a music player controller, a game controller and so on. The InteractPad is actually a secondary display and it's situated under the phone's main display, a 240 ? 320 QVGA one. As the picture with the two cute girls shows, LG KF600 doesn't have buttons when closed, only the touch navigation pad. When slided, however, the phone unveils a fully functional standard keypad that will come in handy for those that are not used yet with touchscreen control.

Beside the unique touch pad with haptic feedback, LG KF600 also offers many other good features, packing a pretty good 3 Megapixel camera, GPRS, EDGE, Media player, Bluetooth 2.0 and USB 2.0. Other specs were not revealed, but judging by the fact that both LG Chocolate and LG Venus have a great success around the globe, the new KF600 slider will surely be another well-received handset.

The retail price for LG KF600 is unknown at the moment, but we do know that it is already available in China and it will be available by the end of January in Turkey, Brazil and Mexico. Also, starting from February, the phone will be announced for other markets as well. Most probably after a presentation at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, where all the new year's important mobile products will be showcased.
