According to the latest news on the Web, Canadian users will be able to purchase a fresh flip phone from Rogers Wireless, namely the LG Globus TU330, which has just been added to the carrier's lineup. The device comes with all the basic features any user would like to find in a phone, while also sporting a rather appealing price tag.

Users on a budget that live in Canada will be able to get their hands on the fresh Globus TU330 and enjoy its 3G connectivity (tri band HSDPA, 850/1900/2100 MHz), as well as the support for services like MusicStore, Radio on Demand and Video on Demand.

The specs list of the clamshell shows it coming with an internal display that can deliver a 176 x 220 pixel resolution, as well as an external one, which is smaller. In addition, the device sports a 1.3-megapixel camera, as well as a VGA front-facing camera designed to allow video calls.

Other specifications on the new LG Globus TU330 would include the Quad band GSM/EDGE connectivity (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) connectivity support, plus Stereo Bluetooth and 128MB of internal memory, coupled with a microSD memory card slot that allows for up to 4GB of external memory to be added.

The fresh mobile phone will come to Rogers' lineup featuring a $29.99 price tag, but only for those willing to sign a three-year contract with the carrier. Those willing to purchase the LG Globus TU330 free of any agreement will have to pay $179.99 for the handset. For the time being, it seems that the operator does not have the device on stock.

In related news, we learn that Rogers Wireless might soon add to its offering the LG Secret as well, although no exact launch date is available at the moment.
