One week before it should go official, LG G3, expected to become the next flagship Android-based smartphone from South Korean mobile phone maker LG, has made an appearance on the company’s official website with model number D855 attached to it.

The phone’s product page confirms that it will be coming soon, yet no other details on the device itself or on its availability have been provided.

For those out of the loop, we should note that LG is expected to make the G3 official on May 27, and that it has already confirmed some of the smartphone’s hardware specs, such as its Quad HD touchscreen display.

Although specifics on the screen’s dimensions haven’t been provided as of now, rumor has it that the vendor is planning on packing the LG G3 with a 5.5-inch display. The company has already announced mass production for the screen.

Moreover, LG G3 is said to feature a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, along with 3GB of RAM, and 16GB or 32GB of internal memory, paired with a microSD memory card slot.

At the same time, it should feature a 13-megapixel camera on the back (though some suggest it would be a 16MP unit), a 2MP front camera, and the Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system with LG’s Optimus UI loaded on top. It will also come with special Quick View cases attached.
