LG G3, the latest flagship Android-based smartphone from South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics, is now available in Canada.

The handset, made official at the end of May, has already landed on shelves on various markets around the world, including the United States, and has arrived north of this country as well, it seems.

According to a recent post on MobileSyrup, the smartphone is set to land on shelves at various wireless carriers in Canada in the not-too-distant future, including Rogers, Bell, MTS, SaskTel, and Videotron.

However, it appears that only three of these operators have revealed price tags for the smartphone, namely Bell, Rogers, and Videotron.

Users interested in purchasing the smartphone will find it listed at $700 (€478) at Bell, while priced at $600 (€410) outright at Rogers and Videotron.

Provided that you grab the mobile phone on a monthly contract, you will need to get somewhere between $179 (€122) and $199 (€136) out of your pockets on a two-year deal.

LG G3 is one of the most appealing flagship smartphones to have arrived on shelves this year with the Android operating system loaded on top.

This is mainly due to its 5.5-inch touchscreen display, which is capable of delivering a Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution.

However, the rest of the mobile phone’s hardware specs are equally impressive, starting with its 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, which will deliver appealing performance capabilities.

LG G3 was released in two different versions, one of them featuring 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, while the other packing 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. Both models arrive on shelves with a microSD memory card slot, allowing users to add up to 128GB of external storage to it.

On the back, the high-end handset sports a 13-megapixel camera with Optical Image Stabilization, Laser Auto Focus and support for recording videos in 4K resolution. It was released with a 2MP front camera, which should easily prove a great option when it comes to making video calls while on the go.

LG G3 arrives on shelves with support for 4G LTE networks, as well as with the usual 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC connectivity capabilities, along with a built-in GPS receiver, and the usual set of sensors.

The mobile phone runs under the Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, while also packing a variety of exclusive features and applications coming from LG itself.
