We have reported earlier today that the mini version of the LG G2 high-end smartphone has recently been spotted at Bluetooth SIG and now it appears that the device has just received FCC’s approval.

Unfortunately, the information coming from LG G2 mini’s documents filed at FCC (Federal Communications Commission) do not offer more details on the upcoming smartphone’s software and hardware specifications.

However, as Phonearena points out, we do know LG G2 mini’s measurements. According to FCC, the smartphone measures 128.8 x 65.8 mm; no details on weight have been provided yet.

Some of the phone’s connectivity options have been confirmed as well, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS, but nothing else is known for the moment.

The LG G2 mini is expected to be officially introduced later this month at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014, but we’re still waiting for official word.
