LG has announced earlier this week it has started the international rollout of the G2 mini smartphone. The handset will be go on sale in various European countries beginning March 31, but the South Korean handset maker did not disclose any details regarding the phone's price tag.

Today, the folks over at Fudzilla have learned that the LG G2 mini will be available for purchase next week for a rather steep price.

It appears that Amazon Germany and Spain have already priced the G2 mini at €350 ($480), which, judging by the phone's specs, is a bit higher than we expected.

Keep in mind that this is the LTE version of the LG G2 mini, which has been specifically designed for release in Europe. There's another LTE-enabled LG G2 mini model, which is aimed at Latin America, but this one is powered by an Nvidia Tegra 4i chipset that accommodates a quad-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz.

The European version of LG G2 mini has been confirmed to pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8926 chipset that features a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz and an Adreno 305 graphics processing unit.

Furthermore, the G2 mini coming soon in Latin America only offers LTE Cat.3 (100Mbps) and no NFC (Near Field Communication), while the European variant supports LTE Cat.4 (150Mbps) along with NFC.

There's also a third LG G2 mini, which will probably be launched in emerging markets, such as India, but it might go on sale in other countries where dual-SIM smartphones are very popular like those in the CIS region.

As you might have guessed by now, LG G2 mini 3G version will offer dual-SIM support and will be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8226 processor clocked at 1.2GHz. It is also worth mentioning that the device will only offer HSDPA (21Mbos) and HSUPA (5.76Mbps) data speeds.

Back to the European version of LG2 mini, the device sports a 4.7-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports 540 x 960 pixels resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 2 coating.

On the back, the device comes with an 8-megapixel photo snapper that features autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording. Unlike the European version, the LG G2 mini that will be released in Latin America boasts a 13-megapixel main camera.

Unfortunately, there are no details on the price of the dual-SIM model or the version that will go on sale in Latin America, but they shouldn't be more expensive than the European variant. Stay tuned for more on this.
