It appeas the LG watch is going to be quite costly

Yesterday we told you the recently launched LG G Watch R would probably arrive in South Korea on October 14.

This is just speculation because the manufacturing company hasn’t said anything about when it will start selling the wearable in the US or Europe.

But thanks to a listing uncovered by GSM Arena, I can tell you the LG G Watch R will start shipping out in Europe between 3 and 7 of November.

Price-wise, I have some bad news for you. LG’s attempt at taking down the Moto 360 proves to be one of the most expensive Android Wear products.

If we consider the retail listing as genuine, the watch will sell for €299 / €379 which €100 / €126 more than its square-ish counterpart (although prices in the US are likely to be smaller).

The Moto 360 sells for $249 / €197 in the US, and frankly, I don’t see why LG would ask more for its own device.

Back at IFA 2014, we tracked down the round LG wearable only to discover the design was nearly as classy as Moto’s 360. Sure, it brings along all the features you might expect from an Android Wear smartwatch, but why pay more for a device that doesn’t look as sleek as the Moto.
