LG Mobile has already confirmed that it will introduce the G Pro 2 smartphone next month during Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014 trade fair, but the South Korean company has yet to offer any details on the device’s specs sheet.

No pictures of the LG G Pro 2 were leaked, so there was no info on the smartphone’s design, as the handset maker refused to offer any photos of the device pre-launch.

However, it looks like the first pictures of the alleged LG G Pro 2 have just been leaked via Rbmen. AndroidCentral points out the presence of the rear button controls featuring the same layout as LG G2.

That’s probably one of the distinct features that LG will be integrating into all its future high-end smartphones, though this is just a speculation that has yet to be confirmed by the company.

Apart from these two pictures that are showing the back and the side of the LG G Pro 2, no other details have been revealed, so we’re left with the info leaked recently which claims that the smartphone will be providing users with a phablet-like experience.

The G Pro 2 is expected to boast a huge 6-inch full HD (1080p) capacitive touchscreen display, as well as a powerful quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.

There’s also a high chance that the flagship smartphone will be packed with no less than 3GB of RAM. LG G Pro 2 will most certainly ship with Android 4.4 KitKat operating system out of the box and will feature LG G2’s user interface and some of the company’s proprietary apps and services.

QSlide, KnockON and other LG software utilities will be included within the G Pro 2, but new ones may debut as well. It is also worth mentioning that LG has decided to drop the “Optimus” moniker, so the device will certainly go by the name of G Pro 2.
