Today, South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics has officially announced the upcoming availability of the LG G Flex smartphone on the market in India.

The new device will land on shelves in the country starting with February next year, and might feature a price tag of around Rs. 60,000-65,000 ($978/€711 - $1060/€770), unleashthephones unveils.

At this cost, it will certainly be one of the most expensive handsets in the country, though its specs list might make it worth every penny.

The smartphone features a 6-inch curved screen that can deliver a 720p resolution, along with a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB of RAM.

It also sports a 13-megapixel camera on the back, front camera for video calling, and rear buttons, the same as LG G2 before it. Furthermore, the new mobile phone runs under the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
