The smartphone is expected to be powered by Android 4.0 ICS platform

Rumors on the new LG Android flagship smartphone emerged a few days ago, but now there are more details on the upcoming device’s specs sheet.

It looks like new details on the possible hardware configuration of the next-generation LG smartphone have just surfaced online.

Apparently, the device is codenamed LG F180 and will be equipped with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Krait processor clocked at 1.5 GHz.

In addition, the smartphone will pack an Adreno 320 graphics processing unit, 2GB of RAM and LTE support. Another selling point of the phone will be the impressive 13-megapixel rear camera, as well as the 5-inch HD IPS capacitive touchscreen display.

The phone is expected to be powered by Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich platform, and will be released on the market as early as September. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
