Not yet officially announced, LG C300 Town has been pictured at this year's IFA event and seems to be a cheaper alternative to those looking for a handset that is easy to text with. Already leaked more than a week ago, when it was spotted on Orange's website, LG C300 Town is now making its second appearance, but this time it also has some audience

According to the guys over GSM Helpdesk, the handset is ready to take on the youth market with its attractive design and cheap price.

The handset doesn't have too much to offer, but it will probably make addition for those teenagers looking for a cheap handset with full QWERTY keyboard.

Keys seem to be well placed and wide apart, so users won't have any troubles typing their messages fast and with as little typos as possible.

LG C300 Town also features a 3.5mm audio jack port, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion.

There's no certain information regarding the communication area, but we know that it will come with push email capabilities, which will probably be combined with GPRS connectivity, as we cannot hope for more.

Those that are frequently using their handset to take snapshots will be happy to find that the phone also features a 2.0-megapixel camera on the back.

To compensate the fact that C300 Town is an entry-level device, LG also stuffed the phone with some of the main social networking services.

The LG C300 Town will be available on the market in two colors: black with red accents and white with orange accents.

This pinpoints to the possible carriers that will launch the device, Vodafone and Orange. Unfortunately, there's no word yet on the official launch date or pricing, but we might see the LG C300 Town going very soon on Orange for a very low price.
