LG recently announced its first mobile phone to feature support for two SIM cards at the same time, the LG KS660. The device comes with touchscreen while also including support for tri-band GSM connectivity. In addition, the handset has a 5-megapixel camera with auto focus.

The 3-inch TFT touchscreen display of the LG KS660 sports WQVGA resolution (400x240). Its 5-megapixel camera allows users to record video at 720x480@15fps. The internal storage space of the phone rises up to 50MB, yet it also features expansion capabilities, with support for microSD memory cards of up to 4GB, along with Bluetooth and USB connectivity.

On the downturn, the device does not come with 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity. According to some voices on the Web, this would make the LG KS660 phone with support for two SIM cards fit only for the Asian and Eastern European markets, similarly to the already known Samsung Dual SIM lineup.

Another phone that the company announced last week is the wristwatch form factor LG GD910. The maker revealed a wristwatch prototype at MWC 2008, as some of you might remember, and decided it was high time to come up with the actual product on display. The new watch-shaped device is expected to be showcased for the first time at CES 2009, which is held in Las Vegas from January 8th to the 11th.

As said before, the new LG GD910 comes with a 1.43-inch touch LCD screen while measuring only 13.9 mm thick. The greatest feature of the phone is its support for 3G video calls, courtesy of a front-facing camera. Other specs include HSDPA and Bluetooth connectivity, along with support for voice dialing. The LG GD910 wristwatch phone also includes speech recognition and text-to-speech capabilities, as well as a music player.
