LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga is a Star Wars themed action platformer developed by Traveller's Tales and published by Lucas Arts. It has been released on the PlayStation3, The Xbox 360, the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo DS on the 6th of November 2007 and on the PC on the 13th of October 2009.
The main objective of the games is collecting gold bricks that are scattered throughout the game. The Complete Saga combines the first two installments in the series Lego Star Wars: The Video Game and LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy, so most of the levels are similar, if not the same to what can be found in these two titles.
It also adds a series of new characters like Indiana Jones and Force powers like lightning and choke. The levels inspired by the first three episodes of the movies series have been revamped to allow the the building and driving of vehicles.
The version released on the Nintendo DS does not have any online features. The option to watch cut-scenes at the bar is only available when the main story is finished.
The new characters and levels have not been included in this release due to the technical limitations of the platformer. Moreover, some content was cut out of the game, including free play on the vehicle levels.
Only a small number of novel mini-games were added, alongside touch screen specific controls.
