Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment together with TT Games and The LEGO Group have announced that LEGO Ninjago: Nindroids will be making its way to the Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita platforms.

The popular LEGO video game franchise offers players the chance to become the ultimate Ninja and battle the evil Overlord in order to save Ninjago City once again, in the second installment of the "LEGO Ninjago"-inspired action game.

"Young gamers will have loads of fun playing as their favorite Ninja, and we're introducing new characters and new villains – it's the ultimate Ninja action game for kids," said Tom Stone, Managing Director of TT Games.

The game is developed by Hellbent Games in partnership with TT Games, presenting another action-oriented gameplay experience based on the hit "LEGO Ninjago" TV show and play theme.

The upcoming game will feature 30 levels packed with fast-paced action, following the key plot scenarios from the "LEGO Ninjago Rebooted" animated series, and players will be able to fight like a true Spinjitsu Master, using special moves and combo attacks and being able to employ secret weapons, like the Technoblades to hack into computers, solving puzzles and defending the city.

LEGO Ninjago: Nindroids is coming to the Nintendo 3DS handheld system and the PlayStation Vita handheld entertainment system from Sony sometime this summer.
