LEGO Island is an adventure computer game, the first in the LEGO series. It is a non-linear first person style video game where players get free roam and customizable aspects of the island. You can build and use a helicopter, a race car, jet ski, and a dune buggy. Additionally, you can use a skateboard, bicycle, or motorcycle to get around the island faster. You are given a score for all of the missions you do in the game. The score cube (in the Information Center) is divided up into a grid of characters along the y-axis, and missions along the x-axis. On the score cube red is the best, blue is next, and yellow is the worst.

In LEGO Island, you are allowed to play as one of five characters. These characters can be chosen in the Information Center. Each character also has a brief video describing who they are. Every character has different abilities and gets their own score for the missions they do.

Secrets

Secret Cave
First, go to the part of the island that sticks up. Then go as far down as you can go, then turn left and you will see a cave. Go in the cave, go up to the door, and click on it with your pointer. It should tell you different secrets. You can go to it as many times as you want.

Fly around town
Enter the elevator in the Information Center. Then allow one minute to elapse before exiting the elevator. (Use the arrow keys to fly.)

Listen to radio during credits
Press [Esc] during game. Then turn the radio on and click the red button when prompted to exit.

Dancing plants
Press Z + T during game.

Change the disposition of other characters
Play as Laura and click on other characters to change their disposition (make them grumpy, happy, etc).

Change wellbeing of other characters
Play as Mama and click on other characters to give them colds, make them sneeze, etc.

Change the color of objects
Play as Nick and click on other objects to change their color.

Change objects into hats
Play as Pepper and click on objects to change them into hats.

Select songs
Click on the gap in front of the Pizasony pizza shop. Then click on the radio and select your favorite song.

Help Brickster escape from jail
Play as Pepper, the pizza delivery kid, and build a helicopter. Then deliver a pizza to the jail. Brickster will use the pizza to escape and will flee in the helicopter.

Hear more clues about the cave
Using the elevator in the Information Center, go to the third floor. You will see two arrows. Click on the rightmost arrow and go to the desk. Open the middle drawer.

Help authorities capture Brickster after his escape from jail
Using Pepper, help Brickster escape from jail. Then follow the dirt road to the left of the racetrack, picking up the pieces of his helicopter along the way. You should meet Laura and Nick. When Brickster passes by, follow him into the secret cave and recover the remaining helicopter pieces. Reassemble the helicopter and use lead Brickster to the authorities by dropping pizzas.

Secret map
Get a secret map of the course on the jet ski or racecar by doing this:

1)Build a jet ski/racecar

2)Get in

3)Start the race

4)Click on the gray bar on the right and a map will appear showing you in green and your opponents in red.

NOTE: this will work only when you are racing on the jet ski.
