Liar, liar pants on fire, or is someone trying to get a big paycheck? That is for a court to decide, but the big deal is that Kylie Jenner, who last week got into yet another traffic accident, is now being called a liar by the driver of the other car when she told the press and her parents that she had no blame in the crash.

Kylie, though just 17 years old, has a history of traffic accidents and incidents, and she claimed that her brand new and very expensive Range Rover was rear-ended by another car who swerved into her lane to avoid oncoming traffic.

Now, TMZ claims that the driver of the other car is suing the reality star, saying that she not only caused the crash but she also had an attitude at the time and tried to buy her way out of the tight spot.

The other driver is a woman who is now saying that Kylie's version is not exactly how things really happened. In her version, Kylie made an illegal U-turn which caused her to crash into the rear of her expensive car, since she never gave indication that she planned on doing that.

Also, the woman's lawyer claims that the crash was so bad, that a passenger in the woman's car needed to be taken to the hospital. This, after original reports claimed that no one was hurt and that the crash was settled amicably.

The last complaint made by the woman was that Kylie not only caused the crash, but she also tried to “strong-arm” the other driver into settling for cash and not to call the cops or the insurance companies. Of course, the woman refused the offer and now she's suing.

It's still unclear who is to blame here, but it should be made clear that Kylie has a history of crashing cars, which means that she could be trying to cover up her mistakes in order to avoid a police investigation.

It's also worth mentioning that right after the crash, there were several reports that the passenger of the car with the woman driver, who turned out to be her brother, sent out a tweet saying that the crash was minor and that no one was hurt.

This sheds some question marks over the credibility of their version, but in the end, an investigation is going to decide who is in the right and who was really responsible.
