Report says playing parents onscreen has made them wonder what it’d be like for real

With the entire cast of “The Twilight Saga” on hand at Comic-Con 2012 in San Diego to promote the final installment in the franchise, “Breaking Dawn Part 2,” rumors about their personal lives were bound to emerge online sooner or later.

It turns out it's sooner rather than later.

Us Weekly claims to have it on very good authority that, while shooting for the final film, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, who started dating sometime around the time “Twilight” came out, got bit by the baby bug.

As fans must know, “Breaking Dawn Part 2” sees Bella (Stewart) and Edward (Pattinson) as parents to a baby girl Renesmee (Mackenzie Foy), part human part vampire but overall all-powerful.

Because they had such a wonderful time playing parents in front of the camera, the two also started wondering what it would be like if they weren't just acting, sources say for the celebrity publication.

“In rare unguarded moments for the fiercely private couple, they let themselves imagine life as parents,” Us writes.

Sources tell the tab that the two would often imagine how their life would be like if they had a kid and it wasn't just for the cameras, but the real deal.

“They would talk about how they would raise their own children. Kristen would say, 'Well, I’d never do this or that.' Sometimes it would start off as a joke, but you knew they were really thinking about it,” says a spy on the set.

Another recent outing of the two might further confirm that they might be thinking of marriage and starting a family, with a second source telling Us they seemed more interested in “what comes after marriage: the baby carriage.”

“Kristen was talking to a pregnant guest and told her that she would love to have a baby with Rob. She thought it was so cool – at one point she touched the woman’s belly to feel the baby kick,” says the insider.

Us even goes as far as to say that Pattinson knew from the first day he laid eyes on Kristen that she'd be the mother of his children.

“He is over-the-moon in love with Kristen. For him, she’s The One, so it’s just a matter of when they decide to have kids,” a third insider dishes.

Nevertheless, fans of the two stars might bear in mind that, ever since they began dating, they've been married, pregnant and breaking up (if only in the tabloids) more times than we can count.
