They met during Paris Fashion Week and, according to The Sun, they immediately learned they had a lot in common.
“Kristen Stewart finally has a reason to smile again. Despite the heartache over her break-up with Robert Pattinson, the Twilight star has been secretly dating Boardwalk Empire actor Michael Pitt who she met at Paris Fashion Week,” The Sun writes.
Attached to this article is a photo of the two at the Chanel show at the Paris Fashion Week, where they happened to be seated next to each other.
If a source of the tab is to be trusted, this is probably when the romance started to bud.
“Kristen’s not over Rob but she’s getting there and Michael’s helping her through it. She vowed to throw herself into work and be single this summer,” the insider adds.
“But when she met Michael last week, they hit it off. They both hate the spotlight and are smart bookworm types,” adds the tipster.
The most recent report on the “Twilight” (ex) couple said that, though he’d been the one to break up with Kristen, Robert had realized that he wanted her back and was doing everything in his power to make a reconciliation happen.
In fact, insiders said, he was quite “obsessed” with her, having already texted and called her, and spent hours on end begging her to take him back.
As fans must know, Kristen and Robert are believed to have started dating while working on the first “Twilight” movie. They waited years until going public with the relationship.
